Our story began with an extraordinary partnership between two women whose backgrounds complemented each other perfectly. Mary Ann Contogiannis, M.D., owner and Medical Director of Renaissance Center for Plastic Surgery & Wellness, grew up surrounded by the warmth and hospitality of family restaurant life, where she learned that food and beverages have the power to bring people together and nourish both body and soul. Throughout her medical career, she has embraced a comprehensive approach to wellness, recognizing that true beauty and health begin from within and are supported by healthy daily habits.
When Dr. Contogiannis met Faith Spencer, Ph.D., a Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Tea Sommelier, they immediately discovered a shared passion for helping people live healthier, more balanced lives. Faith's expertise in medicinal herbs, botanical wellness, and premium tea craftsmanship perfectly complemented Dr. Contogiannis' medical background and commitment to evidence-informed wellness.
